Hommos

Ingredients:
250 gr. chickpeas
50 tahineh
1 clove garlic
40 cl of lemon juice
40 cl water
salt
extra virgin olive oil
Soak the beans in plenty of water for 24 hours.
Cover with water and cook long until they are soft.
Mix all ingredients except oil in blender or passing termomix for a very smooth cream.
Pour the cream into dish and decorate with pepper and oil.
